Our Team

Jessica graduated from Calvin College and joined the DickersonBakker team in April of 2023. She has over 8 years of experience in project management and has worked with non-profits and community-centered organizations in various strategic planning roles for most of that time. She also currently serves on the Board of Directors for USA Adaptive Water Ski & Wake Sports, an organization near and dear to her heart.

Jessica calls West Michigan home and in her free time can be found traveling, backpacking, skiing, looking for the best mountain views, and enjoying time with her friends and best fur friend Cali the Calico.
