Training

Our goal at Dickerson, Bakker & Associates is that at the end of your engagement with us you will have developed a thorough understanding of the work and are equipped with the tools, skills, and experience to be successful going forward. A big part in our doing so is to teach your team the essentials and the skill sets needed to be successful.

We offer training in many different segments of our service:

• Strategy & Outcomes

Training sessions may be scheduled on site at your location, or at an off-site location of your choosing. We also often conduct workshops and intensive training sessions at conferences hosted by associations we are affiliated with. Finally, our company also often host groups for retreats or training sessions in our beautiful hometown of Asheville, North Carolina, home to a number of outstanding conference and training locations, including our favorite: The Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove.
